Maternity Pictures
Whether it's your first or your fourth, there is nothing more beautiful than a pregnant momma with a new life growing inside of her. Getting maternity pictures is one of those must haves on your maternity To-Do List; believe me, years from now you will want to look back on those pictures and will regret not having some done. I know I sure do.
What I wouldn't do to go back in time and have professional pictures taken of me while pregnant- I have so few images from my two pregnancies, largely due to the fact that cell phones didn't have cameras back in the Stone Age and because my husband was deployed for both of my pregnancies. The only camera I had was film, and I just never set up a tripod to take a self-portrait because that was sorta of unheard of back then. Add in the fact we were young, dumb and broke (thanks Khalid, I love those lyrics) and I never even entertained the idea of professional pictures.
As a result of my experiences, or lack thereof, I am so happy that I get to bring the joy, love and beauty of maternity sessions to clients and their families-there is just something magical about the glow that comes from parents when they have a bundle of joy on the way and I just LOVE capturing that magical bond. I have to say, Maternity sessions are in my TOP 2 types of sessions! So much so, that I recently started offering BUMP to BABY services! For me, I don't want our story and connection to end when we hug goodbye after a maternity session-Instead, I want to be there for all the moments after, too!
